How can I optimise my Redmi Phone for best trip detection?

5Keys Engage may occasionally miss a trip, but if this happens regularly, make sure you check out our tips below to get the best from the 5Keys Engage App on your specific phone.

Redmi phones have two settings to optimise to ensure the best performance of 5Keys Engage. The main restrictive setting is called Autostart. To turn it on:

  1. Go to your Settings app.

  2. Tap on Manage apps.

  3. Scroll down to 5Keys Engage and tap on it.

  4. Enable Autostart.

  5. Tap on Autostart and ensure both options are toggled on.

 

You also need to verify a Battery Saver setting:

  1.  Long press on the 5Keys Engage App Icon or go to settings-> Apps and select 5Keys Engage

  2. Scroll down and tap on Battery saver.

  3. Choose the No restrictions option.

Battery saver should now say No restrictions.
