How do I navigate around the 5Keys Engage App?
In this article, we will explore the sections of the 5Keys Engage app and how to navigate between them.
There are 4 sections in the 5Keys Engage Driver App.
You can navigate between them by pressing the relevant icon in the bottom navigation of the app.
Home
The first screen you see when you press on the Home icon is the Overview page.
This is where you can understand your overall driving behaviour, enter the rewards page to spend your Coins, and see your next trophy challenge.
You can also scroll through the Five metrics icons at the top of the screen to see your detailed scores across each of the Five metrics. See below for more information on the Five metrics.
Trips
The trips section is the home of every trip 5Keys Engage detects. Here you can manage the classification of your trips, add missed trips, learn about your driving behaviour, and see when trip detection was disabled. You are able to see trips for the last 10 weeks by scrolling to the left on the calendar navigation.
Trophies
The Trophy section of the app lets you see achievements and milestones you have reached while driving with 5Keys Engage. Trophies are worth bonus coins, and if you complete an entire collection you will receive an even bigger bonus.
Settings
The Settings section of the app contains information and settings relating to you as a driver including key details such as your regular working hours, privacy and security, saved locations and more.
Your Vehicle details are also included in this section, containing settings and details relating to your vehicle. You must set up your vehicle details to enable the Mileage Manager Tool.
You can also access the live chat with the 5Keys Engage team, get in touch via email, or read our FAQs, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
Notifications
The Notification & Task Center is designed to help drivers easily manage important updates and actions in one convenient place. It offers a clearer, more intuitive experience by removing notifications from the homepage and displaying them in a dedicated feed.
