How do I sign up to Brightmile as a manager?

Everyone must be invited to Brightmile before they can sign up. A sign-up is required before you can use the login page.

Initial Account Setup-"Signup"

Follow these steps only if you have never accessed the portal before.

  1. Locate Your Invitation: Check your email inbox for an invitation to the Manager Portal.
  2. Activate Account: Open the email and click the Sign Up button or link. This link is specific to your account and can only be used for the email address in the invitation.
  3. Create Credentials: Follow the prompts to set your password or link your SSO (Single Sign-On) if required.

Note: You cannot log in until you have completed this activation step via the email invitation.

Standard Login Procedure

Follow these steps for all subsequent visits after your account is active.

  1. Navigate to the Portal: Go directly to https://portal.brightmile.io/home.
  2. Enter Email: Type your registered email address into the field.
  3. Proceed: Click Next.
  4. If your workplace uses SSO: The screen will turn white briefly while the system asks for details to link your Brightmile and workplace account.

Troubleshooting & Support
If the system does not recognize your credentials or you encounter an error:
Password Issues: If you cannot remember the password created during setup, do not attempt multiple random guesses.
