What is my overall Driving Score and what does it mean?
Your overall Driving Score is a combination of each of your individual metric scores.
You can see how the overall score is made up for your fleet by viewing the help on your dashboard’

For example
- Risk - 10% of your total score
- Speeding - 30% of your total score
- Distraction - 20% of your total score
- Fatigue - 10% of your total score
- Harsh Acceleration - 15% of your total score
- Harsh Braking - 15% of your total score
For fleets that have training incorporated as part of the 5Keys Engage program, your score will also include a component that relates to training.
To see how your training score contributes to your overall Driving Score you can view this in the dashboard help on your app.
To enable you to continuously improve your driving performance, we assess your scores on a weekly basis. At the end of each calendar week, your Driving Score will be calculated and reset - giving you the opportunity to improve each week.
You can also see how you are driving compared to your colleagues. The message below your metrics will vary every week depending on how well you are doing compared with your colleagues, telling you if you are:
- Top 25%,
- 75%-50%
- 50%-25%
- Bottom 25%

If you have not recorded at least 10 km of Business driving with 5Keys Engage in a calendar week, you will not receive a Driving Score.

If you are consistently missing trips, make sure that your device is correctly configured - reach out to the 5Keys Engage support team for any additional help.
