If you are unable to access the usual public stores on your phone then please check the following:
- Do you have a specific Company App Store/Portal on your phone? i.e. have you ever had to install other company apps? Where did you install them from? If you believe you have a specific Company App Store/Portal please contact your IT team for further assistance.
- Did you receive any specific instructions from your company or Brightmile when you were first contacted via email about Brightmile? Please check the introductory email for any specific instructions
