BrightReward Settings; Auto Enrol Raffles

Brightmile makes it easy to ensure you never miss a chance to win. With Raffle Auto-Entry, the app can automatically enter your earned coins into your favourite draws every month without you having to lift a finger.

How it works

By default, Auto-Entry is enabled for all drivers. On the last day of each month, the system checks if you have already manually entered a raffle. If you haven’t, the app will automatically enter your selected number of coins into your chosen raffle(s) for you.

How to adjust your Auto-Entry settings

You can customize exactly how many coins are entered and which prizes you are competing for by following these steps:

  1. Open the Brightmile App.

  2. Navigate to Settings.

  3. Tap on BrightRewards Settings.

Customizing your entries

On the BrightRewards Settings page, you will find the following options:

1. Raffle Auto-Entry (Toggle)

This is ON by default. When enabled, the app will manage your entries at the end of the month. If you prefer to manage every coin manually, you can toggle this to OFF.

2. Enter all each month

This is OFF by default.

  • If toggled OFF: The app will only enter the specific number of coins you have defined (default is 1 coin).

  • If toggled ON: The app will take your entire remaining coin balance at the end of the month and enter them into your selected raffles.

3. Selecting your Coins and Raffles

Under the toggles, you can fine-tune your strategy:

  • Adjust Coin Count: Use the + and - buttons to choose exactly how many coins you want to contribute automatically (if "Enter all" is turned off).

  • Choose your Raffle: You can select from the available Repeat Raffles to decide which specific prize draw you want your coins to go toward.

 

 

Note: Auto-entry only triggers if you have been driving for over a week and haven't manually entered a raffle that month. It acts as a safety net to ensure your hard-earned coins never go to waste!

 

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if I manually enter a raffle? If you have already manually entered a raffle during the month, the Auto-Entry feature will recognize this and will not add any additional coins. It only triggers if it detects that you haven’t entered a draw yourself.

Which raffle will my coins go into? By default, the system will enter you into the "Repeat Raffles" available in your app. You can specify which one you prefer within the BrightRewards Settings menu.

Can I save my coins for next month? Yes. If you wish to accumulate coins over several months for a larger entry later, simply toggle Raffle Auto-Entry to OFF.

What is the "default" entry? If you have Auto-Entry turned on but haven't adjusted the coin count, the app will enter 1 coin into a repeat raffle on your behalf at the end of the month.
