Learn which file formats are supported for the Manager Portal file upload tool
The reason why we limit the number of file types our users can upload is to help ensure the security and integrity of the stored files by preventing the upload of potentially harmful file types, such as executable files. Additionally, we’re also trying manage the storage space and bandwidth used by our services. Thanks for your understanding!
The manager portal file upload tool currently supports the following file formats
Files uploads are limited to 10MB or less.
If you have a need to upload alternate file types please contact your Brightmile Customer Success Manager.
