"This item isn't available".. On the app store

This article lets you know how to resolve any of the below errors when trying to download Brightmile on either the Apple App Store or Google Playstore.

This item isn't available on your device.

This message lets you know that the administrator of your device has not yet added Brightmile to the list of apps you can download on your work-issued device. A workaround for this error is to log into a personal account on the appstore in order to download Brightmile.

This item isn't available (no reason given).
If you have received this error, please reach out with a screenshot to Support@brightmile.io. When no reason is given there can be a handful of causes that can be diagnosed on a case by case basis.
